i WORK WITH COMPANIES ERECTING WINDFARMS ON THE EAST COAST (YARMOUTH LOWESTOFT AREA) WE ALL KNOW THIS IS A TOKEN GESTURE FROM POWER COMPANIES AND GOVERNMENT. AND I CAN TELL YOU THEY ARE NOT COST EFFECTIVE WHEN YOU LOOK AT MANUFACTURE, INSTALLATION AND SERVICING AGAINST WHAT POWER THEY SUPPLY.

I fully support alternative green methods of producing electricity but all proposals should be contained within necessary strict government planning guidelines.

I have read and agree with an important goverment guideline that wind farms should be at least one and a quarter miles from dwellings. Without further review of other important issues surrounding this application - this proposal at Great Cransley is no more than a half mile from householders at Mawsley Village. Householders that have invested lifetime earnings and invested in new property.

This planning application should be denied without further consideration. Only then, would we, consider a property move to Mawsley Village.

I have lived in Broughton all my 16yrs of life and i don’t believe they should destroy our landscape any more, the wind farm would be to close to the village and a great loss for local communities.

The proposed site is much too close to the villages and I agree with the objections highlighted by Mike Barnard.

There must be locations in this country where wind farms can be installed without impact on local communities. Cui bono?

I object to the proposed development principally on the grounds of its proximity to existing dwellings.
